Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of sweetsuite.co and the Sweet Suite app at app.sweetsuite.co (together, the “Service”), operated by CULTURE BRAND CREATIVE LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

The assessment

The Sweet Suite assessment is a research-based personality and emotional intelligence test in beta. It is provided for professional development and matching context only, is not a clinical or psychological diagnosis and should not be the sole basis for any hiring or employment decision.

Your content and sharing

You keep ownership of the profile information, resume and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the Service, including sharing it with approved companies when you turn sharing on. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, accessing other users’ data without permission, interfering with the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Marketplace engagements

Companies and operators who connect through Sweet Suite are responsible for their own agreements unless Sweet Suite is a party to a written agreement, such as a Sweet Suite Package.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CULTURE BRAND CREATIVE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if greater.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing info@thesweetbrand.co. We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
