How Sweet Suite and the Sweet Suite app collect, use and protect your information.
Effective date: October 22, 2026
Who we are
Sweet Suite, including this website (sweetsuite.co) and the Sweet Suite app at app.sweetsuite.co (the “App”), is operated by CULTURE BRAND CREATIVE LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: info@thesweetbrand.co.
What the Sweet Suite app does
The App lets senior leaders and operators create a profile, take the Sweet Suite leader assessment, a research-based personality and emotional intelligence test that is currently in beta, and view their results. Leaders can choose to share their profile and results with approved companies on the Sweet Suite marketplace.
Information from Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we receive the following from your Google account through Google OAuth, only with your permission:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your profile picture
We use this information only to create your account, sign you in and display your name and picture in your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it for advertising, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not transfer it to third parties except the service providers needed to run the App (listed below), as required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
Sweet Suite’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other information we collect
- Account and profile information you enter, such as name, title, location, experience, bio and contact details.
- Assessment answers and results: your responses to the assessment and the scores and reports generated from them.
- Resume and LinkedIn: if you choose to add a resume file or LinkedIn profile URL, we store it to display on your profile. It is display-only; we do not scrape LinkedIn or access your LinkedIn account.
- Information you send us, such as emails or contact form messages.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type and basic usage logs, collected automatically by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To deliver the assessment and show you your results.
- To display your profile and, only if you turn sharing on, share it with approved companies.
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve the App.
- To respond to your requests and send service-related messages.
- To comply with law and protect the rights and safety of users and Sweet Suite.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing with companies (consent-based)
Your profile, assessment results, resume and LinkedIn link are private by default. They are shared with companies only when you turn sharing on, and only with companies that Sweet Suite has approved. You can turn sharing off at any time; companies will no longer be able to view your information in the App after that, though we cannot recall information a company has already seen.
Service providers
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf under contract:
- Supabase: database, authentication and file storage for the App.
- Vercel: hosting and delivery of this website and the App.
- Google: sign-in via Google OAuth, if you choose it.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Cookies and sessions
The App uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the App will not be able to keep you signed in.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your personal information, including Google sign-in data, within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent abuse. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can view and update your profile in the App and turn company sharing on or off at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or deletion of your account, email info@thesweetbrand.co from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days. You can also revoke Sweet Suite’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and row-level security in our database, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The App is intended for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
About the assessment
The Sweet Suite assessment is a research-based personality and emotional intelligence test in beta. Results are for professional development and matching context only, and should not be the sole basis for any hiring or employment decision.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or by email.
